We charge a flat rate of $9.95 AUD per order, regardless of how many toys you purchase or the parcel size. This applies to all Australian destinations.
Orders are normally packed and sent the next working day from our warehouse.
Sydney / Melbourne / Brisbane: 2–4 business days
All other Australian locations: 3–10 business days
All parcels are sent via Australia Post and include a tracking number. This ensures your order can be monitored from dispatch through to delivery.

You can ship toys directly to another address. Your payment details are sent only to you, and no pricing information is included inside the parcel.
If you are shopping from overseas for children in Australia, simply choose your toys, pay securely online, and have them delivered to any Australian address.
If an incorrect address is supplied and the parcel is returned as undeliverable, we can resend it once the correct details are provided. As Australia Post charges again for redelivery, a second $9.95 AUD delivery fee will apply.
Authority-to-leave requests (front door, verandah, garden, etc.) cannot be fulfilled. If no one is home, your parcel will be taken to your local Post Office for collection. This ensures safe delivery and provides delivery confirmation.
